Founded in 1915, seafood specialty firm Officer sources its sustainably wild-caught cod, herring and other north Atlantic fish from all over Iceland’s coastline. Their product range includes traditional Scandinavian cod liver, smoked kipper and smoked herrings. Officer is MSC certified for its ethical methods, and holds several certifications for its clean, safe food processing standards.
